Mike & Jamie McCloskey have been playing their unique blend of acoustic genres since 2010. After the release of Mike’s “Blues, Swings, and Other Things” CD in 2009, he starting inviting his son Jamie to join him on upright bass while Mike played guitar and ukulele. With set lists including popular blues, rock, country, jazz and occasional Irish tunes, they might be the ones responsible for all that foot-stomping going on in the Dane County area. With special guests often showing up to join them on stage, you never know what to expect.
